Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using http://www.suzannewrightcoach.com (“the Site”), operated by Suzanne Wright (“I”, “me”, or “my”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at http://www.www.suzannewrightcoach.com.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and my Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Suzanne Wright and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 

TERMINATION

I may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

My site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Lisa Johnson or by Vassallo Ventures. Some of the links on this site are ads, partners, or affiliates. This means I may make a small commission if you buy from the linked sites. I only link to products and services I love.

Suzanne Wright and http://www.suzannewrightcoach.com have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. I strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit. 

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. 

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.

TERMS RELATING TO CONTINUOUS GLUCOSE MONITORS

If you purchase a package that includes one or more continuous glucose monitor(s), for example 1-2-1 coaching or the 2-week Kickstarter, it is understood that each continuous glucose monitor is intended to be used for 14 days. If, in the first 48 hours of use, the continuous glucose monitor is faulty, or falls off, the supplier will replace the continuous glucose monitor free of charge. In this instance, by agreement with Suzanne, she may allow you to pause the package until the replacement arrives, so that you do not miss out on coaching due to not having a working continuous glucose monitor. You may be required to send the original continuous glucose monitor to the supplier in order for the replacement to be sent to you.

If, after the first 48 hours of use, the continuous glucose monitor becomes faulty or falls off, the supplier will not replace the continuous glucose monitor free of charge. You may purchase a replacement at your own cost. In this instance, by agreement with Suzanne, she may allow you to pause the package until the replacement arrives, and continue coaching for a limited time beyond the scope of the original package.

Terms relating to continuous glucose monitors are subject to change if the supplier of the continuous glucose monitor alters their terms and conditions.

TERMS RELATING TO GLUCOSE MONITORS

If you purchase a package that includes a glucose monitor, for example the Metabolic Food Solutions, the supplier of the glucose monitor has their own terms for the warranty of the glucose monitor. In the event of a faulty glucose monitor, Suzanne will endeavour to arrange a replacement glucose monitor. You may be required to send the original glucose monitor to the supplier in order for the replacement to be sent to you.

14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

All purchases are subject to UK law. Where stated, refunds will be given if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase. This is subject to the return, in original unused condition, of any physical products that have been delivered to you as part of that purchase.
